Powerpath Technology
PowerPath is a modular kinetic flooring system designed to capture mechanical energy generated by footsteps and convert it into electrical energy.
Foot pressure creates controlled vertical movement.
A rack-and-pinion mechanism converts vertical movement into shaft rotation and increases rotational speed through gearing.
The high-speed rotating system drives an electromagnetic generator to produce electricity.

STAGE 06
ELECTRICAL OUTPUT
Harvests mechanical energy from foot traffic. No claim of free or unlimited energy — output depends on footfall, load and deployment conditions.
How it works
A purely mechanical harvesting chain — vertical motion becomes rotation, rotation becomes high-speed spin, spin becomes electrical output.
STAGE 01
A footstep lands on the tile and applies body-weight pressure to the top surface.
STAGE 02
Controlled vertical displacement travels through springs and guides.
STAGE 03
Rack-and-pinion converts linear motion into shaft rotation.
STAGE 04
A gear train multiplies rotational speed; the flywheel smooths motion.
STAGE 05
High-speed rotation drives copper coils and magnets to generate electricity.
STAGE 06
Power electronics rectify and condition output for storage or direct use.
Inside PowerPath
Scroll to separate the tile. Fully assembled at rest — each layer lifts vertically with spring-eased, scroll-linked motion. Labels engage as the mechanism reveals itself.

Why PowerPath?
Technically responsible claims. Every benefit maps to a real property of the mechanical harvesting architecture.
Uses mechanical energy generated by everyday movement.
Individual floor modules can be installed and serviced independently.
Designed for locations where large numbers of people naturally move.
Future versions can monitor generated energy and system performance.
Multiple tiles can work together as a larger flooring system.
Combines flooring, mechanical engineering and energy harvesting.
Deployments
Wherever large numbers of people already walk, PowerPath turns that movement into a visible clean-energy asset.
Continuous passenger flow through terminals, corridors and security queues.
Dense rush-hour traffic across concourses, platforms and footbridges.
All-day visitor circulation across atriums, entrances and food courts.
Repetitive commuter movement through gates, stairs and interchanges.
Daily workforce movement across lobbies, corridors and campuses.
Public plazas, walkways and transit hubs as distributed harvesting surface.
Specification sheet
Prototype-stage specifications. Figures will be confirmed through engineering validation — no inflated performance claims.
